For death claim, original documents or certified true copy of documents are required. Upon completion of our initial assessment for the claim application, we will invite the beneficiary(ies) to bring along the required documents to our service center for verification and cheque collection.

As for other claim, we reserve the right to request for original documents to complete the assessment.
